1·An the cases were treated with uterine curettage, oxytocics and antibiotics, 2 cases with subtotal hysterectomy, 1 case with total hysterectomy.

2·Conclusion: Combination of lumbar anesthesia and epidural anesthesia for total hysterectomy is really efficacious, simple and safe, with an important clinical value.
